Monday, Jan. 7, is the deadline for HR Council members to return their completed SHRA compression study template to UNC System HR Classification and Compensation. As a reminder, the project is capturing SHRA data on:

  • Compression issues at 10% or less
  • Compression between employees and supervisors (as we did on the first report); and also between lateral employees and second-level supervisors
  • State-funded and non-state funded positions

The template (provided via email) is nearly identical to the one completed in October with two differences – updated column labeling; the addition of a non-state funded percentage column; and a column that specifies the type of compression.
