Performance Management Resources

DEADLINES

  • SHRA cycle ends June 30 (for 2020 only)
    • 2019-20 annual appraisals due August 31, 2020
    • 2020-21 performance plans due August 31, 2020
  • EHRA cycle ends June 30
    • 2019-20 annual appraisals due August 31, 2020
    • 2020-21 performance plans due August 31, 2020

WHO NEEDS AN ANNUAL APPRAISAL?

  • For 2020 only, SHRA employees who are employed as of June 30, 2020, and have been a state employee for at least six months (since Jan. 1, 2020, or earlier) in one or more permanent positions.
  • EHRA employees who are employed as of June 30 and have been a state employee for at least six months (since Jan. 1 of that year or earlier) in one or more permanent positions.
  • Contact Dawn Spinozza in System Office HR Employee Relations for assistance with employees who have transferred within 60 days of the end of the performance cycle or who separate after the end of the performance cycle.

SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS TO HUMAN RESOURCES

  • Supervisors must send a copy of the completed 2019-20 annual appraisals and the 2020-21 performance plans for their employees to System Office HR Employee Relations by the deadlines above.
